Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your request and stop sending messages within a reasonable time. You acknowledge that you may receive one additional message confirming the opt-out before texts cease.
Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of transactional messages required to service your account (e.g., appointment confirmations). To opt out of those, contact us directly.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS program at any time, with or without notice.
